The Bowen Technique is a non invasive, gentle, yet dynamic, hands-on treatment.

The gentle rolling-type moves made over the skin and soft tissue, stimulate neural reflexes which enable the body to re-organise itself to bring pain relief, healing, improved vitality, and functionality to the body. No forced moves or hard manipulation is used making it the ideal treatment from the new born to the elderly.

Jo Lunn has has been a full-time therapist since 2000, and is one of the most established Bowen Technique therapists in the UK. With the European College of Bowen Studies, she ran Bowen Practitioner training courses for the public as well as health professionals. Having established two clinics in London at Harley Street and the Hale Clinic, Jo now works exclusively in Malvern, Worcestershire.
